Review
Sudoku Quest is a wonderful sudoku game that features wonderful graphics, great sound effects and pleasant background music. The game includes four difficulty levels, from novice to veteran, and four different themes to never get bored: Fire, Wind, Earth and Water. Users can play in full screen or not, and customize some of the options the way they want. They can mark their answers with pen or pencil, and set the program to indicate with the red color, if the answer is incorrect, and with the green when correct. It also includes a hint system that helps users to continue the game in case they've got stuck.
Users can also print the game to solve a sudoku anywhere they go. The quicker they complete a sudoku, the more points they get and consequently the more chances they have to appear in the highscores list. All the games can be saved to be continued later and solved by the program, but users cannot load a sudoku they wish to solve from a magazine or newspaper or create their own. Sudoku Quest does not introduce anything new to the genre, but it is an interesting and enjoyable game for all ages. |
